Becoming an RBT

Becoming an RBT involves a structured process that combines education, training, and an assessment. Aspiring RBTs need to complete 40 training hours and successfully pass the RBT exam. This rigorous process ensures that RBTs are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to make a positive impact. 

Becoming a BCBA

Becoming a BCBA requires a commitment to education, experience, and ethical practice. Aspiring BCBAs need to complete a master's or doctoral program in behavior analysis or a related field. Additionally, candidates must accumulate supervised fieldwork experience and successfully pass the BCBA certification exam. This rigorous process ensures that BCBAs possess the expertise needed to make a meaningful impact. 

BEAR Internship

BEAR Internship Program, offering students an opportunity to progress towards becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) under expert supervision. Through this specialized program, aspiring professionals can gain practical experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy while working towards their certification goals.
